Shipping Destinations

Valdoré currently ships exclusively within the European Union.
Orders can only be placed with a valid EU shipping address.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
During peak periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Germany: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

As all shipments are made within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become available.
